Sewing Patterns!!!

I have had this project in the works for more than five months now and I am so pleased to announce that the sewing patterns that I have written are ready to sell! I have been working with the wonderful women over at E. E. Schenck Co. to write two sewing patterns from my growth charts. It was really a fun and creative challenge (and way outside of my comfort zone! I am self taught- how can I teach other people to do what I do?).
It was such an amazing learning experience and I am hooked- I keep thinking of what else I could write a pattern for...pillows? Tea towels? Do you have any ideas?

Aprons...

I am getting ready for Crafty Wonderland (THIS WEEKEND!! Come see me at booth #127!!) and am running almost no sleep, so it was really fun and relaxing to have a little photo shoot ( and coffee) with one of my best friends at her beautiful house this morning.
I could not be happier with the way the photos turned out.

Working, working, working....

This is the time in getting ready for a show (the two week count down...) where the days get shorter and shorter, the work begins to pile up and without fail the girls decide it is a perfect time to go through some sort of huge change that involves a lot of meltdowns.
But I hope to see everyone at Crafty Wonderland May 1st and 2nd at the Convention Center here in Portland- I will be debuting several new products, new colors, new designs- lots of new things! And I would love to see all of you there. Here are a few new pillows I just added to my shop, they are available here for $24, or if you convo me at Etsy pick two for $40!
The last time we went to the beach I has the most amazing visit to a thrift store in Tillamook and pick up a lot of vintage fabric that was used in these new pillows.
