New Seasons. I was shopping hungry (bad idea) and stopped to taste. This casserole is SO AMAZING! I used fresh corn for mine instead of canned and it is so crisp, creamy, crunchy and perfect. I think it would also be wonderful with a little bit of chipotle or jalapeno added. It was also really easy to make, even with my girls running around.
