Class!

I taught my first class at Modern Domestic last Saturday and it was so wonderful! My students were fun, inspiring and really took the class and ran with it. We shared some fabric- one my my students (named Anna Joyce!) gave me a large square of the most dreamy fabric-thank you!

Skinny La Minx

I am just loving these fabrics by Skinny La Minx! I am thinking that her "Orla" pattern in "sap" would be perfect for the very cool arm chair I found that is badly in need of some love.

Dreamy

I have been dreaming about opening a shop...a little store front with my studio in the back. This picture of interior designer Lauren Nelson's home office that I was posted on Design*Sponge today is giving me fever. I have been fantasizing about decorating my shop, having parties, working and meeting clients there...tons of new great new products stocking the shelves.
It is going to happen...It is my three year plan.

He loves me...

My husband got me this necklace from Makool and I love it almost as much as I love my real scissors.
