Anna Joyce: A new webiste!

I am so excited to announce that I have a free standing Anna Joyce website! One of my dearest (and very talented) friends Elaine put all of my ideas into reality this weekend by helping me build a site

that I am so, so happy with. With Elaine's design, Dane's and my photos and a little web magic

is now a reality. I just crossed off a major goal for 2012 and it is not even February. Ahhhh...

Anna Joyce on "Portlandia"!

Last year I submitted my work to be used on Season Two of the IFC show "Portlandia" and they used two of my sweatshirts in a skit! It was such a thrill to see my work on screen and to be representing my city in such a high profile and fun way. Love it.

It is Season 2, Episode 3 if you want to watch it! The entire episode was really funny. I'm hooked.

A Photograph a Day- 2012

I am going to take and post a photograph everyday in 2012. To help me be a better photographer, to force me to stop ignoring my blog, and to serve as a visual reminder of my year.
If I am out of town, or unable to post the photograph I will date them and post them together, several days at a time- but the important thing is that I take the picture.
I am starting today.
